- dosage of vegetable pigments (chlorophylls, carotenoids, antocyanins);
- dosage of reduced and totals sugars;
- dosage of ascorbic acid;
- dosage of pectin;
- nondestructive color determination;
- firmness determination.
Testing the resistance of tree varieties against viroses through:
- Imunoenzimaticaly ELISA tests;
- Quantification of polyphenols;
- Determining enzymatic activity of oxidoreductase.
The laboratory performs biochemical analyses (foliar diagnose, analysis of leaves quality, resistance to frost, viability of buds etc.)
